Frans cosmetics bargains (fran24112-ebay name)
I ordered item on ebay - buy it now option and I paid immediately using PayPal. The seller frans24112 did not send me my product. I contacted them to see why I was not receiving my product after paying. They did not respond to me or return any of my emails. Then Fran filed a claim against me for an unpaid item and put a strike against me when I had paid for the item when I ordered it.
At the same time she sent me a refund (after saying I hadn't paid) and kept $5.00 of my money. I spent 2 hours on the phone with EBay trying to get the upaid item strike removed and my feedback put back on Ebay against the company, which they would not do. Ebay would not let me leave feedback because it was over 7 days, so Fran victimizes yet another person and gets away with it again. They were all very unprofressional. What kind of person puts items on Ebay for sale and then won't send them to you after you have payed for them??? What a jerk!!!
I would not recommend this company to anyone for anything.
