EbyEvelyn Cosmetics ordered some cosmetics and paid for them but never received them

I ordered ebyevelyn cosmetics on sneakpeeq.com website and I never received them. I ordered back on September 8 and I also emailed the company and they keep giving me the run around. Please help I just lost money and never got my product.
