We have had Ga Power for years. LAst year was a hard year in construction and we were late a few times. We always contacted them and explained our situation. We contacted them last week and assured them we would be caught up in Feb and wouldn't be late anymore. So today I get a letter saying they charged us 150 deposit because of our delinquency. They know they can do whatever they want because you have to have power so you have to pay it. If we are having trouble paying our bill, what makes them think we can afford an extra 150? Seriously, shouldn't they be trying to help their customers get caught up instead of adding more charges on? Furious because you try to do the right thing and contact people an apologize and these big companies still take advantage of you. Talk about kicking you while you are down!
