This is about people trying to survive and big companies taking advantage.
I have been with this company for three years and in that time they have asked me for deposits for my service because sometimes i am a month late on my bill. Well now they have 420.00 dollars of my hard earned money and they are asking me for another 57.00 dollars or they will turn off my power i am caught up on my bill and i can not give them more money right now and i feel that i shouldn't have to. If a person falls behind one month there must be financial issues why would you stress them out even more to ask for more money. Come on fpl get real start caring about your customers and stop milking them. They shouldn't be allowed to ask for such large deposits from people and the state should put a stop to this nonsense!
