I placed an order with eDirectSoftware and they charged my PayPal account. They did not ship my order. I waited for a while and then tried to contact them. They list that they can be contacted by e-mail, phone or over the Internet. I e-mailed them first but they did not respond in any manner. Then I tried to phone them. There was just a recording that said I should log onto their web site. I logged on and tried to use their live chat service but it simply said there a no live chat agents available now to take my question. This was during the middle of the day.
Havng exhausted all of their options, I had to resolve the issue through PayPal. They did evidently establish that eDirectSoftware did not ship my order becuase they promptly credited my account and I did get my money back.
