Dominion VA Power is trying to rip me off $500 by adding a deposit on to my account and they say that they can do that they dnt need my permission. I got a payment plan set up for my back balance of $870 it was suppose to be split up into 6 months along with the current bill then to my surprise they added on an addtional 500 for a deposit without mu knowledge now why in the worlkd would i agree to that when im having trouble add another 500 on to my problems!!! Rip off scam!!! They refuse to let me speak to any superviser manager or anyone ive already filed complaints so hopefully justice will be done against dominion!!!
