Georgia Power has been charging me $150.00 ever three months since last year. I have calculated the total how much my bill shows and the amount of money I have paid by GP's own admission and there are over $500.00 in charges. I was told I can locate each of the letters online and they are not there. I have have been the homeowner in the same location for 7 sevens and my previous paying habits have not changed. I am requesting all letters send with the charges for the last 7 years, copies of the bills and payment. I have repeated explained that I am getting these charges only to be told that GP reserves the right to do so. My previous patterns have not changed and in fact I was told that the account had been marked as such. Really. I am a disabled SSN and US Army Vet. Marked the account... To take money that I don't have.
