I took my winter coat to Dry Clean Super Store in McKinney, TX to be cleaned. I picked the coat up after it was cleaned and discovered the zipper pulls had been replaced with cheaper hardware. They adamantly denied changing the pulls and refused to cooperate in any way whatsoever. The original zipper pulls are fairly unique and I would really like to get this issue resolved in a mutually beneficial manner. I only seek a fair resolution, nothing more.
There are three possible resolutions:
1. I want the original zipper pulls that were on the coat when I brought it in (and reinstalled on my coat).
2. I will accept similar zipper pulls (but I have final approval).
3. Reimbursement for a Mighty Mac replacement coat (again, I have final approval).
In addition to any of the above resolutions, I expect a full apology from the person that stole the pulls off my coat.
