Joyce banks I ordered a north face coat and recievedit and it was to small and zipper broke off unable to get info for return

Purchased a north face coat did not realize I was coming from china upn taking jacket out of bag inner zipper broke and jacket does not fit. I would like to get a credit for this coat but I need information to do that I will b waiting to here from u ASAP
