I contacted Holister about sending me a replacement ziiper on a coat I bought from them alittle over two years ago. I love my coat it still looks band new. I bought it online with my debit card from a bank that no longer exist. I did use pay pal and found a receipt of purchase for Holister back in 2010. They still will not honor it.instead offered to pay for me to have it taken to a dry cleaner place and them credit me the cost of the bill. Why would I have bothered in the first place, common sense would be to take it dry cleaners. I even offerd to pay for the replacement zipper they can send me.
