I have been trying to reach someone to have my water turned back on for two days.
I had a water leak and requested to have it turned off until I could have it addressed. Now I am unable to secure an appointment with a plumber because I can't reach anyone to have the service restored.
When calling the main lines, either 770-621-7200 or 404-378-4475, I am led through a series of prompts, no matter which I try I am never able to speak with a live person. There are no automated options to have service restored without speaking with someone. I follow the prompts (which take about two minutes to complete) before I'm told that "Due to high call volume, our agents are unable to assist..."
Yesterday I called 7 times, today I tried 8 times.
