We live in Houston, Texas in zip code 77041. Our water provider is Aqua Texas, Inc. We have had no water service since last Thursday. No toilets will flush; no water to drink; can't wash dishes or clothes; can't bathe etc. Aqua Texas just keep telling us that a water main broke and then give us false times and dates when the service will be restored - but no service to date. They told us on Thursday it would be restored at 3:30P.M.; then 7:00 P.M. Then 9:00 P.M.; then Friday at 5:00 P.M.; then Saturday but wouldn't give us a time; it is now Sunday and still no water!!! We have babies and elderly living in our neighborhood... This is becoming a public health issue... There are NO workmen working on the problem... Can you help us get our water service restored. I am writing this on Sunday, 1/6 at 12:41 P.M. And still no service. Our service is frequently interrupted but this is by far the longest time. This is the worst water company ever and the internet reflects many consumer complaints against this company. Please help!!!
