I went and bought a cosmetic face powder at another cvs and found out there was a cvs promo buy 1 cosmetic item get another a 50% off. I went yo another cvs store that was closest to me at the time and this store #7812 said I couldn't return the item there because I didn't buy it at that cvs. I told them I didn't see why since I had my receipt and they said the purchase wasn't in their system since I didn't buy it there. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me the same thing. I went to my car and called another cvs and ask them their return policy and they said I could return it at any cvs. I went back in and told them that and they still refused saying they couldn't return it. I needed to go back to the original place I bought it. I left and called cvs cust service and they said they should accept my return. I was so furious. I haven't had any issue with any other cvs but this one. I can't believe cvs had a manager so incompetent.
