After our 16 year old son was killed in a car crash, my wife and I used part of the insurance proceeds to write books in his honor. We paid extra money for "enhanced royalties". What a sham! Every single time we received a royalty check it came without the enhancment. We complained and sought after anyone who would permanently fix the problem, then they just stopped paying ALL TOGETHER! What they are doing is completely illegal and they will be kicked out of the country eventually! Back to the Phillipines you theives!!! Miss you my son:)
