In 2006 my book was published by Xlibris. For years I have been monitoring the Amzon.com book store where I have see comments about my book, how fast the customer recieved it, how cute the characters are, how nice the colors are etc. But only two times did I get any royalties in all these years.
I also noticed that many people are selling used and new books of mine and I have never gotten any money for that either.
Recenty I contacted Xlibris to ask them why my books are being sold in foreign countries and how do I keep track of that, they just ignored me.
A few weeks ago two employees who work for my eye doctor ordered the paperback books. I got nothing in the way of royalties and no notice whatso ever that Xlibris got money for the books, nothing.
I know that Xlibris has been selling my books here and in foreign countries and they refuse to address the issue when I ask about it.
I feel that this has probably been going on for a long long time because every one that sees my book loves it and are always telling me I just do not understand how you are not rich off this book. Well now I know.
At frist I thought that maybe it wasn't getting enough advertising but then after the last two sales, it just reasured me that there is certainly some thing not right. What shall I do?
