After numerous requests, they have yet to send me a royalty check

My book was officially published in early January.. I am entitled to a small royalty check... But after numerous requests to various individuals at Xlibris over the past 6 months, I still haven't received a check. I'm approximately half way through my second novel... That I assure you will not be offered to Xlibris
