Very often Xlibris Corporation, a self-publishing company, has been very slow at answering my questions and working with me in general, before and after I paid them.
In response to my requests for data on sales of my book, I was emailed a total sales figure, obviously too low to be accurate. I am not being sent quarterly royalty checks - I'm in my third quarter with Xlibris and have received only one check for $26. This company should be investigated.
