My husband and I contracted a vacation for a national parks trip for oct. 4-10th 2013. Congress closed the parks, so we asked for our money back, since the trip consisted of national parks. I spoke with Michael Grueninger, the president, personally, and he would not give our money back or reschedule or postpone. He said his company would come up with a new itinerary. We were forced to go on the new trip or lose our money, so we went on a trip that we did not want to go on. Why is it ok for us retired people on limited incomes to lose our money instead of him? I did a lot of business with AMBASSADAIR, a division of Grueninger Travel. Now we will need to come up with 5000.00 more to see Zion, Bryce, Grand Canyon, lake Powell, glen canyon etc. I will never do business with this unscrupulous company ever again.
Thanks
