I too got the surprise the TCI Inc. (aka Horizon Travel) has gone out of business. I was told by the new company that has taken over their accounts that the rebate money due to me for my recent trip over spring break would not be coming to me. No one knows how to get a hold of either TCI or Horizon so I can make someone accountable for the money owed to me. Does anyone have any idea of how to get a hold of the people responsible for ripping so many people off? I paid full price for my vacation and was told my discount would come in the form of a rebate after my trip was over and not only did I do most of the work myself getting the proper documents I needed for my trip expedited, I am told I will not be getting the money owed to me either.
