Was treated poorly at check-in and turned away for being 10 min.
Late for appt. After being a patient at that Dr. Office for 11 years I don't know how many times over the years I have waited a good hour or more to see a dr. When I arrived on time I am handicap and have ms it is very difficult for me to get around and things happen the school bus was late and traffic was horrendous ten minutes should have been an acceptable amount of time to work with me I felt terrible don't know if I will remain a patient at this clinic. Unacceptable!
