Excellent Treatment of Customers Deserves Universal Best Company Award

Amazon should win the "Universal Best Company" award.
Every contact I have had with Amazon deserves 10/10.
If all companies treated their customers (who are not always right) like amazon treats theirs, I am sure there would be no Hello Peter.
