Purchased an anti Virus w / registry cleaner package with the understanding that I was entitled to a 99.99 rebate. Purchased software package on 12/17. Filled out rebate form which states receive rebate in about 10-16 weeks. Called after the 16 week mark. Was given the run-around and told it would be another few weeks. Called on 9/19, was told they would "escalate" processing, which would take another 7 WEEKS! Not acceptable. Have all documentation
