On 10/31, I submitted a rebate claim form to Department - 63784, Customer Appreciation rebate, PO Box 52900 Phoenix, AZ 85072 for a cell phone I purchased online on 08/16/05 from Wireless World.
The rebate claim form was received and confirmed by the rebate processing company on 11/16/05 and was supposed to be processed within 10 weeks according to the company rebate form.
On 03/08/06, I called the rebate processing department to check the status of my rebate and they explained to me that all rebates received between Novemver 2005 and February will be processed within 10 weeks from 02/16/06 which totally different from the instructions on the rebate form.
This means that I have waited more than 14 weeks since the company received my rebate claim and now I have to wait another 10 weeks for the rebate to be processed.
I believe that this is a method the company using to not pay the rebate to the customer and this is a big rebate scam.
