On or about the first of November I was contacted by Centurion Financial, They made me an offer for a MasterCard with a Credit Limit of $2,000.00 Condition upon receiving the Card was that I had to pay a one time fee of $249.00.
Upon Payment of my $249.00 I would receive the MasterCard with in 25 day's of Funding.
I contacted Centurion Financial on ore about December 20 Again and advised them that I have not received my Card yet, they stated it takes 25 days from funding to receive the card and it should be their shortly.
I contacted Centurion Financial on ore about January 1st 2005 again and told them that I still have not received my master Card. They now stated that it should be their in about 10 Days from receiving the Benefit package that I received on the 25th of December.
I contacted Centurion Financial on ore about January 11th again asked ware my master Card is, I still keep getting the same response So I asked who is the bank that is issuing the master card so I could contact them, the response I received was We DON'T KNOW at this time I demanded a refund. I was told that their wasn't. No refund.
The funds were taken out on November 17th for the amount of $249.00
I have tried to contact them multiple times in this matter via Phone it takes several times calling the number do to getting an answering machine in a row and I have left messages in the past with No return calls from then
Needless to say it has been all most 60 days from the date I was to receive the MasterCard
Also I have enclosed a copy of a frond report on this company
