First of all I went to www.Securus tech.net to set up so my grandson eho is an inmate could call me. It went directly into jail solutions which I thought was same thing. I set up and account, they gave

I went to securus tech.net to set up account it jumped into jail solutions which I thought was same company. They gave me a phone number my grandson was suppose to use to reach me. The jail he is in will not use this company and when I called next day I was told I had no account with them. My visa card was charged $81.08 for this service which they tell me I don't have. I just want my money back
