EARNHART FORD, Chandler AZ sold us a new vehicle knowing we intended to tag the vehicle in our home State. When we returned home our local DMV informed us the vehicle we purchased could not be tagged in our home State because it did not meet our State%u2019s emission requirements. The SALES MANAGER at EARNHART FORD had no desire to help. He told me %u201CWe met the requirements we needed to meet. Getting the tag in your home State is your problem.%u201D
We now have a vehicle we cannot tag, cannot drive, and cannot, in good faith, sell to anyone else in our home State.
