If you signed up for a special promotion plan with nextech it is only good until you phone goes dead the they force you to change plans even if you buy another phone from them to use with your current plan. I think this is a bait and switch they get you with a good deal and they don't tell you that it is only good as long as you phone is operable. So you can not get a used phone or even a new one to replace your broken phone with out a new and more expensive plan they changed their contract without notifying you to their advantage a sorry company
