Rude Customer Service

Had service for two months. Signed up no problem. Out of the blue my services say unauthorized. So I call customer service and after about an hour I get transferred to Risk Management. Where a very rude nasty person named Bethany tells me that I have to pay a $626 bill that the previous renter had or my services would be disconnected. She refused to email the fax number to fax them my lease agreement (didn't have a pen to write it down). Faxed in my lease agreement today and still no service. Complete and total failure by a company to help customers.
