Customer service refused to admit non-owner signed lease agreement and will not compromise on lease agreement. I gave them an option for settle terms and be done with it. Signer was not informed of lease amount and agreement was faxed over making it very hard to read. Who in their right mind would sign a lease agreement for soon-to-be antiquated equipment and pay exorbient fees like that. Does not include a breakdown of principal and interest (probably done on purpose). Did not have a place to acknowledge/initials small printed monthly lease amount.
