Worst Customer Service

Due to Comcast being the only cable provider in the area, you must go to Dish to get any related services. I have never dealt with such poor customer service or lack of competency in employees, in my life, until the day I purchased Comcast cable internet. No one helps you or is prepared to help you, and no one can transfer a call to the correct department. They have double, triple and over billed me time and time again, and can never seem to get it right. They suspended my services twice, just out of the blue, because they have no cross talk between employees and no one cares enough about the customer to annotate on your account the ordeal/investigation that is in the process. The technicians treat you as if, you had made their day worse by having them come out and install your cable/internet. I open the door for the guy, and he never says one word, just enters and asks where the cable box is; complete disregard for politeness. I've spoken with multiple people about their services and fully agreed, but no one can stand up to them because they are the only cable provider in the area. It's a complete shame, that business think they can treat customers this way and all is well. Next time, I deploy overseas I will end my agreement with them for services and never go back. I SUGGEST NEVER TO GET INTO A CONTRACT with this company, you'll spend your future on talking to hundreds of different people about the same problem and no one can help or cares to help you.
