Do not select Waste Management for your refuse hauling! They are a company that does not value their customers! My agency canceled a service agreement with them and they are trying to say that we are not able to cancel the agreement. So customer service 101 for Waste Management company - the customer determines if they want to pay for your services any longer! The customer can cancel their agreement at any time they choose either through your ridiculous 90 day notice or through not paying your excessive charges! Our agency has chosen a reputable small local company to provide our refuse hauling service!
