Saw advertisement on my bank's website. "Items allied to National Westminster Bank ". I thought it strange but was assured by the bank's page.
I sent for two samples of Prolift for my wife but did not read the leaflet that came with it. On August 5th my account was debited for £84.71GBP. I telephoned the numbers on the products but only one worked. The lady said she was in Florida but the goods should be returned to the Czech Republic. Other than these samples (which cost £1.99 each) no other good have been received. Like other people I just want my money back
