On 2nd January I ordered 3 samples of face creams for which I only had to pay £5.92 to cover postage and packing. I received an order confirmation thanking me for my purchase and stating that they were looking forward to providing me with great products and outstanding customer service! No mention of taking any additional amounts from my account nor sending me any further products. The £5.92 was taken from my account on 3rd January. I received all the items within the next couple of weeks along with a despatch note from Revitalize Health and Beauty, for the goods. On receiving my bank statement on 16th January I was horrified to see that this fraudulent company, Revita la Peau, has taken three further amounts from my account, these being £74.95 & £79.99 on 30th January and £51 on 31st January. I have never received nor ordered any products other than tha 'free samples'. I find it unbelievable, when I read of all the other women who have been left so upset as I am, that a company should get away with such deliberate deception and theft. I have a copy of the original advertisement and there is nothing to say that any further products would be sent or monies taken from card details given. I have contacted my bank, who can do nothing, to cancel my debit card.
