Ordered samples paid postage for samples, received items then couple weeks later was horrified to see 2X£74.95 taken from my bank account, have phoned them but was told not free samples, they are a trial and if I was not happy should have returned them. No wonder the cream does not work, I hate to think what I have been putting on my skin.
