Sent for two samples in January at a total cost of £8.92 - received the two samples of face cream and serum.
Noticed today when checking our bank statement that there were three withdrawls that we didn't recognise =- these amounted to £154.94
We telephoned the fraud department of our bank who were unable to help as apparently, the terms and conditions stated by this company when offering the 'free samples' indicated that unless advised, future subscriptions would be taken. We were unaware of this. Still feel it is illegal to take monies and not even provide goods to the value. What makes it even worse is that I didn't like their products at all.
