Item listed as available on website. Shipped order was unfulfilled. Shovel was correct, probe was not, Beacon not received (big ticket item).

I ordered a Pieps Vector, Pieps Shovel, and iProbe online on from 123 Mountain on March 12th. Http://www.123mountain.com/categories/winter-equipment/avalanche-equipment/beacons-airbags/vector-shovel-probe-package-pieps

The item was listed as available at checkout, and my credit card was charged $699.00

On March 13th I received an email from 123 Mountain stating that my items had been ordered from their supplier and would arrive between March 18th & 25th.

On March 30th I received a package from 123 Mountain containing the Shovel and the wrong probe. They had included a $59.95 standard probe http://www.123mountain.com/categories/winter-equipment/avalanche-equipment/shovels-probes/probe-aluminum-pieps instead of the $185.95 iProbe http://www.123mountain.com/categories/winter-equipment/avalanche-equipment/beacons-airbags/iprobe-one-260-pieps included in the package I had ordered. But most distressing was the absence of the Vector beacon http://www.123mountain.com/categories/winter-equipment/avalanche-equipment/beacons-airbags/vector-pieps (the big ticket item).

On March 30th I sent an email to them alerting them to their mistakes. They responded by offering a Peips Freeride http://www.123mountain.com/categories/winter-equipment/avalanche-equipment/beacons-airbags/freeride-pieps in exchange for the Vector. Which I declined. No mention was made about the wrong probe. Since then I've spoken to them twice over the phone about rectifying the situation and was told I would be receiving an email from the owner about my options and the balance of my order minus the cost of the shovel and the wrong probe. As of today September 4th I have received neither.

At this point I have also spoken to Ryan Guess (801) 278-5552 ryan. [email protected] the U. S Peips Specialist at the parent company of Peips Black Diamond Equipment
2084 East, 3900 South Salt Lake City, UT 84124 USA and have been told that "Unfortunately as of now the Vector is not being sold in North America... Keep an eye out for it in the Winter 2014"

It appears 123 Mountain jumped the gun and offered (and still represents as available on their site) something that they absolutely CAN NOT DELIVER.
