I ordered three items for my splitboard (Order #100009051), two months ago. I've received one item so far. Another item came in, it was the wrong size, wrong color and wrong model. I asked for a return label, they sent me a prepaid, USPS label that was WAY too small. Think DVD box for a pair of snowboard bindings. I had to pay the difference as well to mail back the wrong item. I have tried calling them to speed up the refund process, and I keep getting jerked around. I currently live overseas on a US military base, so things take awhile to get here. I accept that. I haven't received any "shipped" emails yet and my phone calls and emails go unanswered. You'd expect a better customer service, especially for APO addresses.
When I did call, they informed me that items would be shipped as they came in. Wish the website had said that versus "In Stock".
So, don't believe their "In Stock" and don't expect anything the season you buy it.
