Ordered an item to help lower electrical bill. $828.95 was withdrawn from my Visa account the same day, no receipt was emiled or tracking information given. When we called for a refund we were told that we had to prove that the equipment when properly installed did not save us money baseed on a 3 month trial period when compared with the previous year. Order was placed on March 15 and as of April 2 we have not received the equipment. Repeated phone calls tell us to email [email protected]. No response.
