I placed an order with Coffee Authority on June 20 for over $85. The money was taken out of my account that same day.in early August, after not receiving my order, I emailed the company, asking for an order status update. Several weeks later, after not receiving any response, I again emailed them and again received no response. Today I called them to ask about my order, and the call went to voicemail. Based on numerous complaints I'm reading online, I am not expecting any response. Most companies don't charge your bank account until the order is shipped. This company takes your money and, at least in my case, does not deliver the order. Bad business!
