I Have Charged USD 39.98 Wrongly For Non Processed Transaction

I was guided by one of cam member for trail membership on link she has provided. Then actualy the transaction was denied in processing and afterwards i have received message from my bank that i have charged usd 39.98 at site mentioned above. Also i donot got any confirmation on my mail id so you are requested to help me in canccelation of the transaction
