I placed an order with GBL24 for their cleaner product. I used my credit card and went through their payment service, Dotpay. I finished filling in the info, and they informed me the transaction will be processed. It was on that alert page that I noticed there was a problem with the address, since my shipping address and my credit card address were different. I then got a confirmation that the transaction had been approved. I sent an email to inform GBL24 to ship to the proper address. But when I checked out "my account" on GBL24's website, it said that the payment was still due. I checked my email and sure enough, the transaction has been approved and my bank account had been charged. I was writing to GBL24 to clear up this problem when, 10 minutes later, I got an email saying the transaction was rejected. I already got charged! Now, I'm not sure if the problem was with GBL24 or Dotpay, but either way, I'd avoid these two companies. Too sketchy. I notified my bank to cancel the transaction and halt payment.
