I receive a message through my handpone that my card was charged with USD99.62 from JetsHelp.com when I did not authorized such a transaction. I immediately called my bank and asked them not to send the money but they said they were unable to do that because the transaction has been carried out. They advised me to wait 3 days to see if the transaction has been confirmed. If it is confirmed, I need to lodge a dispute on the transaction.
2 days before I was charged USD19.99 from the same company. Luckily that transaction was not successful.
