Gameloft made 2 unauthorized charges to my Fido mobile phone bill. Fido told me to contact Gameloft thru [email protected]. However this email account sends automatic reply only "Note that we only answer requests submitted through our Contact forms on the website or mobile site."
These contact forms are only for technical issues. It is impossible to contact them to dispute unauthorized charges.
