New Virgin mobile had pre-installed games which I did not ask for, did not want and would definitely not play. Next Virgin bill had £3 (STERLING) charge for a 'Premium Text' which I tracked to Gameloft. Contacted them & they claim I 'unlocked' the game thus incurring the charge. This is not true - I did not touch the game other than attempting to drag it to the phone's recycle bin (failed). The refuse to accept that I did not use the game. At best this is a technical fault, at worst, a scam.
