I have been charged for a Gameloft download every month on my cell phone despite never having used the games, solicited their games or even know how to play a video game - whether on my phone or my computer. I never give my phone # to a company such as this or click on any random message that turns up on my phone. It is driving me crazy with this constant billing for something I have never used nor want to use. My phone service carrier - Fido - has not been helpful despite my repeated requests to block 3rd party charges. What can I do?
