My wife paid £200.00 to the all inclusive club on the basis that we could book into any of their listed Hotels/resort and be given free accommodation as long as we upgrade to All Inclusive or full board.
We were passed to another booking company when we found a hotel (the Seabank hotel in Malta) we liked, who wanted to charge us the full amount including accomodation, we did call the Seabank our selves to confirm their prices.
When we called The all inclusive club to inform them of this, all we got from their customer service was a rehearsed line and " thats my oppinion".
