I purchased membership of the All Inclusive Club to obtain highly discounted all inclusive holidays. I paid £322.00 for a 5 year membership during which I could take as many holidays as I wished. To obtain holidays you phone the company and tell them when and where you wish to travel. They then go to work, phone you back with their price. I have completed this process on three occasions since I joined only to find that I could get hugely cheaper holidays by going online myself -no discount or benefit from this companies' membership. I have debated my complaint with the company but they just say that over the 5 year period I will benefit. Having tried three times I think it must be a scam. They take your membership money and then go online themselves and offer you holidays I could get for myself.

I have a second complaint against this company.
I was persuaded to transfer 2 weeks of accomodtion I had purchased through a company called Extra Weeks. This company was closing down. The All Inclusive Club stated in writing that I could use these 2 weeks to obtain free accomodation with The All Inclusive Club and I would only need to pay an all inclusive food upgrade plus flights. When challenged about this, I was told by email that this was not the case. They stated thet the 2 weeks obtained from Extra Weekshad given me a better membership package.

I think this company takes money from people to join their club with the promise of discounted holidays but then fail to delivefr any benefits.
