I had booked my honeymoon on your site for May 30th to June 6th. We chose Sanctuary Cap Cana in the Dominican Republic. I was thrilled to book with your site, the price was great and the place looked amazing. HOWEVER, I was NEVER given the option or given any indication that my booking did not include an all-inclusive package. There were no options to even choose. I was under the assumption that my booking included all-inclusive. Imagine my surprise when we arrived at the hotel and had to pay an extra $1700 because there was no all-inclusive package on our booking. I was distraught, this was such a bait and switch and honestly I would have chosen a different hotel if I had know that there would be that high of an extra cost. We are HIGHLY disappointed that there was never any information given that the booking was not including the all-inclusive package. Due to the fear of incomplete information, I will not be booking another vacation with you.
