Hotel cancellation - 4.5-Star North Hotel Zone Area All Inclusive

Expedia booked a 4.5 star hotel when I asked to book a 4.5 star all inclusive hotel in Cancun. They have not refunded or compensated me for all this trouble. This was clearly a mistake made by expedia not the consumer.
