I bought a round trip ticket for my son to return home from school. Springfield, MA to Boston, MA
He lost the return bus ticket. When he went to the Greyhound window he was told he had to buy a new ticket. He had his ID and the original confirmation number. I called Customer Service, talk about corporate mis-labeling, and explained the situation. I was told that there was no way to issue him a new pass AND there was NO WAY I could get a refund. If I lost an airline ticket I could get it re-issued. MAYBE there would be a fee.
This is outright theft. No service and no refund.
